Refund Policy

Our refund terms and conditions for all services

Effective Date: September 10, 2024

1. General Refund Policy

All Sales Are Generally Final

Due to the nature of our educational and consulting services, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

Completed Services

  • • Completed consultation calls
  • • Delivered educational materials
  • • Educational coaching services rendered

Digital Access

  • • Access to premium content
  • • Membership fees for services provided
  • • Platform access fees

2. Consultation Call Refunds

For consultation calls, refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Cancellation 24+ Hours in Advance

Full refund if the call is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Technical Issues on Our End

If the call cannot be completed due to technical difficulties on our part, a full refund will be issued.

No-Show by Our Team

If we fail to show up for a scheduled call without prior notice, a full refund will be issued.

Important Note

No refunds will be issued for no-shows by clients or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

3. Educational Materials and Courses

Due to the digital nature of our educational content, refunds for educational materials, courses, or digital products are generally not available once access has been granted.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase.

Technical Issues

If you are unable to access purchased content due to technical problems on our end that we cannot resolve within 48 hours.

Material Misrepresentation

If the product description significantly differs from what was delivered.

4. Coaching Services

Pre-Service Cancellation

If you cancel before we begin your coaching program, you may be entitled to a partial refund of any upfront fees, minus administrative costs.

Service Termination

If you terminate our coaching services mid-program, no refund will be issued for fees already paid for the current period.

Completed Sessions

Fees for completed coaching sessions and delivered educational materials are not subject to refunds.

5. Subscription Services

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Future Billing

Cancellation will prevent future charges, but you will retain access to services until the end of your current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, refunds may be considered on a prorated basis if cancelled within the first 30 days, minus a 10% administrative fee.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Processing Time

Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

Customized or personalized services
Services that have been completed
Digital products that have been accessed
Third-party fees or charges
Administrative fees
Services cancelled due to client breach
