By using the Site or our services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

  • Communications and community content — messages you send us and content you post in our community spaces.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring pages, and interactions with the Site and our platforms, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Information from other sources

  • Publicly available professional information — such as name, job title, and public profile details from professional networking platforms, used for business outreach;
  • Advertising and analytics partners — campaign interaction data from platforms where we advertise.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve our products, services, and platforms;
  • To create and manage your account and deliver purchased content;
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • To personalize your experience, including platform preferences and watchlists;
  • To power AI-driven educational features (see Section 7);
  • To communicate with you, including service notices and, with your consent or as otherwise permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time;
  • To analyze usage and measure the effectiveness of our content and advertising;
  • To protect the security and integrity of our services and prevent fraud and abuse; and
  • To comply with legal obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only in the circumstances described below.

  • Service providers — companies that perform services on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations, including payment processing, cloud hosting and databases, customer relationship management and marketing automation, email delivery, scheduling, community platforms, and analytics. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us;
  • AI service providers — to deliver AI-powered features, certain inputs (such as platform queries or preferences) are processed by our AI technology providers as our processors (see Section 7);
  • Advertising partners— we use advertising and measurement tools (such as the Meta Pixel) that collect certain identifiers and usage data to measure and improve our advertising. Some privacy laws treat this as “sharing” for advertising purposes; you can opt out as described in Sections 6 and 11;
  • Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants, and similar advisers under confidentiality obligations;
  • Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Leyyon, our users, or others;
  • Business transfers— in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy’s protections.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze usage, and measure advertising. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us measure ad performance and reach audiences on Meta platforms.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law we present a consent banner allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. You can also manage ad preferences directly with Meta and other ad platforms.

7. AI-Powered Features

Some of our services use artificial intelligence to generate educational analyses, summaries, and interactive learning experiences. When you use these features, your inputs (such as questions, selected tickers, or preferences) may be processed by our AI technology providers acting as our service providers, solely to deliver the feature.

Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers or health information) in AI feature inputs — it is not needed for any of our services.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal information from the EU, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adequacy frameworks.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, and afterwards as necessary to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 11).
