You Don't Need Another Opinion About the Market. You Need a Framework You Can Defend.
Private coaching for experienced professionals who want an institutional process for their own capital — reading institutional positioning, thinking in probabilities, and defining risk before entry. Education, not signals. A process you own, not a person you depend on.
About 30 minutes. No pitch. We decide fit together — and if I'm not the right coach for you, I'll tell you.
- 10+ years trading

If This Sounds Familiar, You're in the Right Place.
You've been successful at almost everything you've applied yourself to. Then you brought that same intelligence to the market — and the market didn't care.
You've read the books. You know more than you did two years ago. Your results don't reflect it. You take profits early and hold losers too long. You size positions by feel. You've followed a few people who were right until they weren't. And you have a growing suspicion that the game you're playing isn't the game the largest participants are playing.
That suspicion is correct. But here's the part most traders get wrong: it isn't a knowledge problem. You don't need more information — you have more than any trader in history. It's a process problem. And process is the one thing that can actually be coached.
What We Actually Build Together
Coaching isn't me telling you what to trade. It's building — with you, on your capital, in your instruments — a written process that produces your decisions and lets you defend every one of them. Five pillars, calibrated to where you are:
- 01
Reading the institution's footprints
Dark pool activity, options flow, institutional filings, insider behavior — what each reveals, where each one lies on its own, and how to read them together. You learn to treat positioning data as context, never as commands.
- 02
The discrepancy
A price is the crowd's opinion of the future, formed from today's data. The craft is comparing what's priced against what the evidence says is likely — thinking in probabilities, weighing evidence like a scale, and knowing in advance exactly what would prove you wrong.
- 03
Risk architecture
Position sizing, drawdown math, and invalidation-defined risk — decided before entry, written down, never negotiated in the moment. The defense that makes any offense survivable.
- 04
Your written framework
Thesis, conditions, risk parameters, execution rules, and a review loop — the five parts of a process that improves every week you study it. Most traders have never written theirs down. By the end, yours exists on paper.
- 05
Behavior
How market participants act in accumulation, panic, and resolution phases — and, through your journal, how you act. The second one is where most of the work is.
I'll show you exactly what these look like applied to real markets. The mechanics — how you build each one for your situation — are the work we do together. That isn't in a PDF.
What I Won't Do — and Why That's the Point
I don't manage money. I don't send signals. I won't tell you what to buy — not on the call, not in sessions, not ever. If you want someone to hand you trades, I'm the wrong coach, and I'll say so on the call so neither of us wastes time.
Here's why that restriction is the whole value: a trader who follows someone else's calls owns nothing when the calls stop. A trader who owns a process can operate in any market, without me, for the rest of their trading life. My goal is that you don't need me. Coaches who build dependency are selling something else.
Who This Is For
- Professionals and business owners with meaningful capital in the markets — typically $50K and up — who want an institutional process, not a guru to follow.
- Experienced traders who've plateaued: you know the vocabulary and the setups, and consistency still isn't there.
- Funded traders who passed the evaluation and now need the discipline that keeps the account — sizing, drawdown control, and a process that survives rules.
- Stock and options traders alike. The frameworks are instrument-agnostic; we build them in whatever you actually trade.
Who It Isn't For
- Anyone looking for signals, alerts, or ‘just tell me what to buy.’
- Anyone expecting guaranteed outcomes or a timeline for returns. Trading is a skill; I can commit to your process improving, not to what the market does with it.
- Anyone unwilling to journal and do the reps between sessions. The framework is built in the review loop, not in the call.
- Complete beginners. If you're brand new, the discovery call will tell you honestly, and I'll point you to the right first step instead of taking your money.
Who You'd Be Working With

Daniel Ayala Jr.
Founder, Leyyon Investments
I trade professionally, and the frameworks I coach are the ones my own capital is held to. I launched an exchange-listed instrument on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange — the strategy inside it runs on the same process you'll learn here. I coach 1-on-1 at one of the largest retail trading academies in the world, with 20,000+ students, so I see every week which explanations land and exactly where traders get stuck. I built EdgeForge, an AI market intelligence platform, because the manual version of this workflow was too heavy for one person to sustain. And I wrote The AI Advantage, a guide to reading institutional data.
My thesis is simple and it's the opposite of what most trading education sells: frameworks over forecasts. Nobody knows what happens next. The professionals win by reading the present more completely than the person on the other side of the trade, and reasoning about what's likely with discipline. That's what I teach — and 10% of Leyyon's net profits support the Acts of the Apostles Foundation, because the work should mean something beyond the P&L.
What Students Say
“Daniel was an excellent person to work with. He demonstrated patience and kindness and had a unique ability to simplify complex concepts, which helped me gain confidence in my knowledge and trading abilities.”
“I had a great time learning about options trading with Daniel. It opened a whole new world of investments to me which I never heard about. His knowledge and skill in this field made the journey successful and I would definitely recommend him to everyone.”
“Daniel is top tier regardless of your trading skills in options. He is precise at what he teaches. He taught me on my TOS platform. He's not a hoax or facade — the value you get for those 8 sessions is worth it.”
How It Works
- 01
The discovery call (free, about 30 minutes)
You tell me what you trade, how you decide, and what's breaking. I tell you honestly whether coaching is the right next step. Sometimes the answer is ‘not yet’ — and I'll say so.
- 02
The framework audit
In our first working session we map your current process: what you trade, why, how you size, where it breaks. Most traders discover their process was never written down. Now it starts to be.
- 03
Build and review
45-minute live sessions structured around the curriculum, with journaling between them. Each session reviews your actual decisions against your framework and tightens it. Programs run from a single strategy session to a 24-session transformation — the per-session rate falls as the program grows, from $747. We'll choose the right structure on the call, not before it.
Questions Worth Asking Before You Book
Book the Call.
Worst case: you leave with clarity about your own process and an honest read on where to start — even if it isn't with me. Best case: we build something you'll use for the rest of your trading life.
About 30 minutes. No pitch. No card. Just an honest conversation about how you trade.
